We are currently recruiting for a Part Time office administrator to join our fast-growing company.

The successful candidate will be well organised and able to work on their own initiative. Have good computer skills and a can-do attitude.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a young relaxed environment and the chance to grow with the company.

Key Duties

  • Responsible for the day to day management of a small office
  • Bookkeeping experience essential
  • Responsible for maintaining and up-dating all personnel files for the business
  • Supporting the management by providing them with timely, complete and accurate management information/reports which will help to grow the business.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data entry and filing.
  • Office Administration, liaising closely with accounts department.
  • Bank reconciliations and invoicing.
  • Customer queries.
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties.

The Person

  • Has 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Has experience in Invoicing Administration and accounts.
  • Has excellent MS Office skills.
  • You are a quick learner and able to multi-task
