We are currently recruiting for a Part Time office administrator to join our fast-growing company.
The successful candidate will be well organised and able to work on their own initiative. Have good computer skills and a can-do attitude.

Key Duties
- Responsible for the day to day management of a small office
- Bookkeeping experience essential
- Responsible for maintaining and up-dating all personnel files for the business
- Supporting the management by providing them with timely, complete and accurate management information/reports which will help to grow the business.
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry and filing.
- Office Administration, liaising closely with accounts department.
- Bank reconciliations and invoicing.
- Customer queries.
- Any other ad hoc administration duties.
The Person
- Has 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Has experience in Invoicing Administration and accounts.
- Has excellent MS Office skills.
- You are a quick learner and able to multi-task
